- 2019-2020: Projet COPAINS de mobilité entre la France, la Norvège, et le Canada. International Emerging Action (IEA), CNRS (Budget : 13 ke). Responsable : SD Ayata
- 2018-2020: Délégation CNRS, attribuée en sections 29 et 30 pour rejoindre l’ISYEB et me former àl’utilisation de données de séquençage àhaut débit pour l’écologie marine (2 ans à50%).
- 2018-2019: Projet Pre-PlankServ, financé par le programme MRSEI de l’ANR pour préparer le montage d’un réseau européen pour un projet H2020 de type ITN (Budget : 29 ke). Responsable : SD Ayata.

- 2016-2017: Projet PlankBioS, financé par le consortium européen EuroMarine pour organiser un "working group" sur "Present and future plankton biogeography and the link between community structure, marine ecosystem functioning and ecosystem service provision" (Budget 2017 : 7,5 ke).
