This page is about the Master course I give at Université Pierre et Marie Curie (aka Paris 6), in the Computer Science Master, speciality STL, in 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
While the World Wide Web started as a system of interlinked hypertext documents, it also progressively became a de facto standard for the development of computer applications, in almost any possible domain. A large variety of technologies and frameworks are now available, which can be used independently or in different combinations. The objective of this course is to give an overview of the main principles and techniques for the development of web applications, and to put this into practice by the development of a complete example of web application.
