Current activities

I am currently finishing my PhD in the SiNaPS team at the CEA-Grenoble under the supervision of Noël MAGNEA and Vincent CALVO. My research efforts aim at understand the electronic properties of Silicon Nanowires by spectroscopic methods.

I worked there as a visiting scholar in 2004-2005 to study the vertical emission of quantum cascade laser. This work were supervised by A. Tredicucci .
