Local adaptation to ports

Detecting local adaptation to ports in Botryllus schlosseri using methods based on ARGs
current

I am interested in developing Genotype-Environment Association (GEA) methods based on Ancestral Recombination Graphs (ARGs).

I will use those methods to study the portuarization Touchard et al. (2023) of the colonial ascidian Botryllus schlosseri in France.
