Presentation
I am currently a SNSF Fellow in Laboratory of Fluid Mechanics and Instability, at EPFL in Lausanne. I work with François Gallaire on problems related to bubble and drop deformations in model flows.
I used to be a post-doctoral fellow at Institut Jean le Rond d'Alembert, in Paris, working with Sergio Chibbaro (LISN) and Marco Crialesi-Esposito (UNIMORE, Italy), on characterizing intermittency in turbulent emulsions.
I successfully defended my PhD, on September 2024, which I did at PMMH, in Paris.
At that time, I was working under the supervision of Stéphane Perrard (PMMH), Laurent Duchemin (PMMH) and Christophe Josserand (LadHyx).
I am a fluid dynamicist, mainly interested by the physics of interfaces and their interactions with surrounding flows. This also includes instabilities and stochastic behaviors.
I am a numericist. I run simplified simulations and aim at developing models from the data. For DNS, I use the open-source software Basilisk. I try to share all my Basilisk codes on my sandbox. Stability analysis is performed using FreeFEM++ .
Aside from my research, I have also been a Teaching Assistant (monitorat) at ESPCI for three years, during my PhD.
