This represents the last update of the Joint Venture HKU-Pasteur Research Centre Ltd WWW site as of July 2003. The outdated format of these pages reflects year 2000 standards. The rest of the host site is updated regularly (see drop-down menus at the top of this page). The history of the Bacillus subtilis genome programme is summarised here. A presentation of the work of the HKUPRC Ltd was summarised during the Hong Kong Innovation Expo in 2001. Note that the Centre was disbanded in 2010. Antoine Danchin remained Honorary Professor at the School of Biomedical Sciences, Li Kashing Faculty of Medicine until 2026.
